American IoT company Samsara has determined details of the upcoming IPO. It will offer the market 35 million shares in a price range of $20 to $23 per share, which means a capitalization of about $11.5 billion.
The fund managed by Raison Asset Management invested in Samsara in February 2021 at $12.2 per share with a valuation of about $6 billion.
The forecast date for the IPO is December 15. The company will go public on the NYSE under the ticker IOT. Leading underwriters — Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan.
In January — October this year, Samsara’s revenue amounted to $302.6 million against $174 million in the same period last year — an increase of 74%. At the same time, the company is not yet profitable: for the first nine months of this year, its net loss amounted to $102.3 — significantly less than a year before ($174 million).
