The company has set a price range of $38–$42 per share. At the upper end of the range, the company’s capitalisation is going to reach $35 billion.
Robinhood’s IPO will be like no other public listing: the company will offer about a third of its shares to its own users. “We anticipate this will be one of the largest retail allocations ever,” said Vlad Tenev, Robinhood’s chief executive officer.
