On October 22, Raison Asset Management in partnership with Chekotin Jewelry and Buro All Design art space held a private business evening “Investments 2020”.
The guests were welcomed by speakers on the topic of investments, along with live music, an exhibition of exclusive jewelry, as well as a giveaway of SpaceX and Robinhood shares and a Chekotin Jewelry gift certificate.
The evening began with a welcome drink, after which Andrey Berezin, Managing Partner of Raison Asset Management, presented the audience with a brief overview of the financial markets. Mr. Berezin spoke about the policy of the US Federal Reserve, the state of the US stock market, and the prospects for returns in the difficult year of 2020 for investors.
The event proceeded with a presentation by Alexander Chekotin, an expert in gems and founder of the Chekotin Jewelry brand. Mr. Chekotin devoted his speech to the topic “Diamonds as a tool for saving savings: what you need to know when buying?” It was about such intricacies of jewelry as the number of facets of precious stones, their size, and the transparency coefficient.
The third presentation of the evening was by Alexander Zaitsev, Managing Partner of Raison Asset Management. He spoke about the prospects of investments in private companies (private equity) with a potential return of 50 +% per annum. Private companies grow faster in comparison to the public, which allows the investor to get a higher profit compared to buying shares on the stock exchange.
In between the speeches, the guests live music, a fresh buffet table, an exhibition of jewelry, and took part in a giveaway.
