Private equity fund Element GTPP, managed by Raison Asset Management, has completed its 2021 statutory annual audit. Baker Tilly, one of the largest international accounting firms, acted as an auditor. The report is already available for review by current and potential clients of the fund.
Following the International Standards on Auditing, all financial (accounting) statements of the fund for 2021 have passed an independent audit. This includes the financial position of the fund, its financial performance, its changes in equity, and its cash flow.
