On May 27, in Moscow, at the Mercure Paveletskaya hotel, a meeting of representatives of the National Association of Corporate Directors took place. It is the first and only self-regulatory organization in the field of corporate governance in Russia.
The event was attended by about 50 leading Russian top managers and executives of companies. One of the participants was Roman Kuznetsov, Business Development Officer of Raison Asset Management: he was invited as a speaker to disclose the topic of the pre-IPO investment.
Mr. Kuznetsov told the audience about why the volume of the pre-IPO investment market is growing, their historical profitability compared to the wide market indices, and the results of the work of the Global Technologies Private Portfolio fund.
