Late-venture capital fund Global Technologies Private Portfolio has increased the number of companies in its portfolio up to 18. Since the beginning of this year, the fund has acquired shares in Tradeshift, Tanium, StoreDot, Blend Labs Inc., Nerdwallet, and People.ai.
GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE PORTFOLIO
The fund invests in shares of large private technology companies at the pre-IPO stage. The target investment period is 1–3 years. The fund is managed by Raison Asset Management, an investment company licensed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In September 2020, Raison Asset Management opened an office in San Francisco, California. This allows the company to negotiate directly with attractive investment targets, as well as to work more closely with local venture capital funds.
