Venture capital fund Element GTPP managed by Raison Asset Management has successfully passed an independent financial audit for the year 2020; results for 2021 are expected in June. The audit has been conducted by one of the largest international accounting firms Baker Tilly. During this week, the fund’s clients will receive a full report for review.
By the International Standards of Auditing, all financial statements of the fund for the period of 2020 have been fully verified, including the income statement, statement of changes in equity, and statement of cash flow.

Element GTPP is a multi-stage venture capital fund managed by Raison Asset Management. The fund invests in private companies at the funding stages from seed to pre-IPO. The portfolio includes more than 25 startups, e.g. SpaceX, Klarna, and Scale AI.
