Annual reporting to the US Securities and Exchange Commission

Raison Asset Management, as an investment advisor licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (USA), is required to publish annual updates in ADV form.

Annual reports were submitted by Raison Asset Management on March 26, 2021. According to the updated data, the total volume of assets under management increased to almost $ 30 million at the end of 2020. In this regard, Raison Asset Management became the mid-size advisory firm.

In addition to updating the ADV report, the Part 2A brochure has been revised and is available on our website and on the regulator’s website.

Also, according to the updated requirements of the US SEC, the investment manager is required to publish the Client Relationship Summary (Form CRS). It can also be found on the regulator’s website or on our webpage.
