Alexander Zaytsev, CEO Raison app
«In recent years, we have seen a powerful trend towards the democratization of the investment market, every year more and more retail investors enter the market—this is happening in Europe, the US, and in Russia—all over the world. But before Raison App was launched, the minimum entry ticket to invest in large private companies was $ 200,000. We lowered this threshold to only 100 euros».
The competition jury noted the high level of innovation: the creation of the world’s first legal structure for the digitization of shares of private companies. The register of investors and all transactions with securities are conducted on the blockchain with a help of the Ethereum network based on ERC-20 security tokens.
Alexander Filatov, jury member of GSEA Russia, member of YPO, Managing Partner, TON Labs:
«Blockchain is one of the technologies that will change the world in the near future, including the world of finance. Thanks to blockchain, financial services will become more accessible to people with different income levels. This is exactly the goal of the Raison App is. The application allows investors to buy non-tradable shares of the best companies in the world for small amounts. At the same time, using the application is convenient and easy».
